Ceramizable Silicone Rubber Cloth

The VT-6260VC ceramizable silicone rubber composite strip is made by coating, calendering, and compounding ceramizable fireproof and refractory silicone rubber and high-temperature resistant fiberglass cloth as the base materials.

The VT-6260VC ceramizable silicone rubber composite strip is made by coating, calendering, and compounding ceramizable fireproof and refractory silicone rubber and high-temperature resistant fiberglass cloth as the base materials. When the temperature is above 450°C, it starts to ceramize and condense into a ceramic shell with a self-supporting structure. It can withstand the impact of a 1300°C flame for 30 minutes. The product is halogen-free, non-toxic, and odorless, with little smoke generated during combustion. The residue is a ceramic-like hard shell, which has a high dielectric strength. The hard shell will not melt or drip in a high-temperature environment. It can ensure the smoothness of power and communication lines when a new energy vehicle catches fire for a certain period of time, playing the protective role of isolating the flame and preventing fire.
