The MPP cushioning material VT-6910R is a microcellular foam material formed by introducing carbon dioxide gas into a polypropylene matrix under high temperature and pressure, inducing nucleation and foaming to create numerous micron-scale pores. Due to its internal microcellular structure, MPP offers excellent thermal insulation and fire resistance, shock absorption, sound absorption, low electrical resistance with high temperature tolerance, resistance to electrolyte corrosion, and acoustic damping properties. It is widely applicable in applications such as module bases and battery PACKs.
