Vacuum insulation board
The vacuum insulation board TBF-2000-003A is a new type of insulation material, which is mainly composed of three parts: core material, barrier film and adsorbent. The vacuum insulation board uses porous material core material to reduce solid conduction, relies on high vacuum in the board to effectively reduce air heat convection conduction, and uses composite film material to isolate heat radiation, thereby achieving excellent insulation effect.
The vacuum insulation board has the advantages of thin thickness, small volume, light weight, and low thermal conductivity "0.0035W/(m·k)". The thermal resistance effect is 8 to 10 times that of traditional materials. The main raw materials are environmentally friendly materials that meet national environmental policies and circular economy requirements. It is suitable for environments of -40℃ to 90℃ and is widely used in new energy power lithium battery packs, battery boxes, refrigerators, freezers, buildings, fresh-keeping cabinets, insulation boxes and ultra-low temperature refrigerators (cabinets)
